Swirl Etched Vase

This piece of pottery demonstrates the elegance of a "simple" carved swirl that starts at the base of the vase and wraps itself around the vase until it reaches the top of the piece. Felicia Fragua's ability to skillfully carve into the clay to gracefully make such a beautiful vase is unmatched. She offsets her carving with a delicately painted black and white stripe. The vase stands approximately 5 inches tall.
